Employers and Subcontracting Companies cannot post the same Job/Requirement/Resume multiple times on the Site or post multiple Jobs/Requirements/Resumes within one posting. Jobseeker/Employer/Subcontracting Companies cannot provide any contact information within a Job/Requirement/Resume posting that is different from or in addition to contact information provided when registering with H1BFinder. Jobseeker/Employer/Subcontracting Companies cannot share passwords, login information, user identification which allows multiple users to access H1BFinder Jobseeker/Employer/Subcontracting Companies cannot use any search engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism including spiders, robots, amongst others. Jobseeker/Employer/Subcontracting Companies are responsible to either Inactivate or Delete the Jobs/Requirements/Resume when not actively available. User shall not communicate, send, or place unsolicited e-mail, telephone calls, mailings or other contacts to posting individuals and entities. H1BFinder retains the right to delete any such resume, profile, user id or job which has been posted by a Jobseeker/Employer at its sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever.
